Sometimes, app does not capture my breathing signal accurately. What can I do?We understand that occasionally you may encounter difficulties with the camera-based biofeedback. Here are some tips to improve the accuracy of the app's breathing signal capture: Sit Upright: Make sure you're sitting upright while using the app. Slouching or leaning can interfere with the camera's ability to accurately capture your breathing. Wear Appropriate Clothing: Avoid wearing very loose clothing or coats, as these can prevent the camera from detecting the movement of your chest and abdomen. Preferably, wear lighter colored clothes that reflect more light, which can help the camera capture movement more easily. Check Clothing Texture: Some clothing textures can interfere with the camera's ability to detect movement. If you're having trouble, try changing to a different top. Give the Camera a Little Help: If you're still having difficulty after following the above steps, try placing a hand near your chest and abdomen while you breathe. This can sometimes help the camera detect the movement more accurately. The app uses your device's camera to analyze subtle changes in movement or color related to your breathing and heart rate, but it does not record or store any video or images. No Video Storage: The app does not save any video or image data. Once the app has analyzed the movement or color change signal, the raw data is immediately discarded. Data Privacy: Only the final summary of your breathing and heart activity is potentially saved, and even then, it is only stored if you give the app permission to do so. This data may be sent to the cloud for historical tracking purposes if you opt in, but this is entirely up to you. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us.
